ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All sales of our lashes, beauty products, accessories, bundles, promo items, limited edition etc. are final sale. Due to hygiene health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns once your order has been processed. Our items cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Damaged or Defective Product (if applicable) All items are quality checked before shipping. If an item you received appears to be damaged or defective, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please contact email@example.com indicating your Order Number and all photo proof of the product.
Poplash Titi Ladipo Beauty reserves the right to refuse replacements if the claim is not substantiated and or passes the 72 hr period since receiving in customer possession. If the product is deemed defective by Poplash Titi Ladipo Beauty, you will be eligible for replacement of the same item only. Please allow our customer care team up to 96 hours to approve this request.*Replacements can take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on if we have it in stock or not.
A $7.95 processing fee applies to all USA and Canada replacement item orders. All reviews will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
A $18.99 processing fee applies for all international replacement item orders. All reviews will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
How do I cancel/change my order?
Unfortunately at this time cancellation requests cannot be changed or modified. Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way as quick and efficiently as possible once it has been submitted. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted as all sales are final.
What if my package gets lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS.
Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.
Refused or Returned Packages
Poplash Titi Ladipo Beauty is not responsible if a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. All sales are final.
